Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily vehicle movements between hubs, RC, inspection centers, and RTA locations.
• Schedule and monitor transportation with internal drivers and external logistics partners.
• Coordinate with operations, inspection centres, and sales teams to ensure smooth logistics flow.
• Ensure RTA-related vehicle movements, inspections, and documentation are handled on time.
• Ensure proper parking updates for all vehicles in hubs, including documenting parking location and status.
• Handle key management and tagging for purchased cars, ensuring keys are properly labeled, stored, and tracked.
• Prepare daily and weekly logistics reports for management review.
• Ensure compliance with company logistics SOPs and safety standards.

Skills and Qualifications:

• 1–2 years’ experience in logistics, fleet coordination, or operations.
• Experience handling vehicle transportation, fleet operations, and key/parking management is a plus.
• Knowledge of UAE roads, transport regulations, and vehicle documentation processes.
  
• Must hold a valid Light motor vehicle license.​
• Strong coordination, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.
