ROLE SUMMARY
The position is responsible for performing various administrative tasks for the Leasing department and coordinating with various departments, including tenants, to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning through regular follow- ups in a timely manner within the assigned area. Leasing Associate is also responsible for maintaining accurate records, managing all aspects of lease agreement ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
ROLE PROFILE
- Provide administrative support to the Leasing team including deal instructions, CRM proposals, documentation, and correspondence management.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders (tenants) to ensure smooth leasing operations.
- Follow up on pending tasks, tenant requirements, and internal actions to ensure timelines and obligations are met.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of lease agreements, amendments, and related documentation.
- Prepare periodic reports on lease status and administrative activities for management review.
- Address and resolve issues related to lease agreements and tenant interactions in a timely manner.
- Support special projects and departmental initiatives to enhance leasing operations.
- Utilize Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) to manage documentation, communication, and reporting.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in shopping malls, real estate, or retail environments.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Good time management and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Understanding of leasing processes and regulatory requirements.
