We are hiring Back Office Executive is responsible for supporting operational, administrative, and clerical functions. This role ensures smooth workflow behind the scenes, maintaining records, data entry, and assisting front-office or management staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain company records, files, and documentation
Perform data entry, reports, and analysis as required
Assist in accounting, payroll, or HR tasks if needed
Support front office and management teams with daily operations
Handle correspondence, emails, and documentation
Prepare invoices, receipts, and internal reports
Update and maintain databases and filing systems
Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of company information
Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders
