As a Senior Personal Banking Advisor, you will play a crucial role in our Corporate & Investment Banking Group. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service to our corporate clients, ensuring their banking needs are met with efficiency and a personalized touch. You will be the face of MashreqBank, representing our brand and values to our valued customers.



Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, providing accurate and timely assistance to customers.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique banking requirements.
  • Offer personalized banking solutions, ensuring a tailored approach to each client's needs.
  • Process and manage customer transactions, maintaining a high level of accuracy and security.
  • Stay updated with the latest banking products and services to provide relevant recommendations.
  • Collaborate with the corporate banking team to develop and implement effective customer engagement strategies.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  • Provide regular feedback and insights to the management team, contributing to the improvement of banking services.
  • Ensure compliance with banking regulations and maintain a high standard of ethical conduct.

Qualifications:
  • Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English is a must, with excellent communication skills.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the banking industry.
  • Strong knowledge of personal and corporate banking products and services.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make sound decisions.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and building client relationships.
  • Proficiency in using banking software and systems for efficient transaction processing.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of customer interactions.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach to work.
  • A degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
  • Willingness to undergo training and stay updated with industry trends.
