We are looking for a motivated Emirati Graduate Civil Engineer to join our team as part of our Graduate Development Program. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience across design, project coordination, and site exposure while working on impactful infrastructure and built environment projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the design and analysis of civil engineering projects (roads, utilities, structures, etc.)
• Support preparation of drawings, reports, and technical documentation
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including architects, MEP, and project managers
• Participate in site visits to understand construction practices and project execution
• Ensure compliance with local codes, standards, and project specifications
• Support project planning, scheduling, and cost estimation activities
• Contribute to sustainability and quality initiatives within projects

Skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• 0–2 years of experience (fresh graduates encouraged to apply)
• Strong academic record preferred

Skills & Competencies

• Basic knowledge of civil engineering principles and standards
• Familiarity with tools like AutoCAD (knowledge of Civil 3D is a plus)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment

• Willingness to work across project sites and office locations within the UAE
