We are looking for a skilled Rebar Foreman to oversee the installation of reinforcing steel on construction projects. The Rebar Foreman will be responsible for coordinating teams, reading blueprints, ensuring safety regulations are followed, and maintaining quality standards throughout the project.
Job Responsibility:
1. Supervise and lead a team of rebar installers to ensure efficient and safe work practices.
2. Interpret construction drawings and ensure accurate placement of reinforcing steel.
3. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to meet project timelines.
4. Inspect and ensure quality control of rebar installation.
5. Enforce safety regulations and guidelines on the construction site.
6. Train new team members on proper rebar installation techniques.

Candidate Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Rebar Foreman or similar role in the construction industry.
2. In-depth knowledge of rebar installation techniques and practices.
3. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and blueprints.
4. Strong leadership and communication skills.
5. Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures in the construction industry.
6. Certification in rebar installation or a related field is a plus.
