Job Description
This role is based in Dubai.
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Video Producer to join our dynamic Studio team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading video and creative projects for our clients, primarily B2B Marketers. Producers work with our content strategists to oversee all aspects of video production, from pre-production planning to post-production activities, ensuring smooth execution and high-quality results. This role involves extensive client communication and team collaboration to deliver high quality video content that help drive business decisions. The ideal candidate is comfortable with travel as well as leading multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Communication
- Serve as project lead for clients throughout the video production process.
- Ensure client requirements and feedback are communicated effectively to the production team.
Production Expertise
- Displays well-rounded knowledge of recorded video production, podcast creation, as well as live video production processes.
- Lead production crews on set at client locations, events, and studio shoots.
- Experience with live events, webinars and rtmp streaming
Creative Development
Booking Production Crews and Travel
- Work with Creative Production Managers to schedule and book freelance production crews, ensuring the right talent is available for each project.
- Work with Creative Production Managers to arrange travel logistics for production teams as needed.
Meeting Revenue Targets

Tech Rehearsals and Virtual Production Assistance
- Coordinate tech rehearsals and recordings for virtual production.
- Provide support for virtual production tasks.
Research and Vetting New Production Crews

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Film/Video Production, Media Studies, Communications, a related field or relevant industry experience.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in video production or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and client management abilities.
- Experience with current production equipment, camera systems, and tools.
- Ideally fluent in English and Arabic
- Local knowledge of MENA Technology events and filming regulations.
- Proficiency in project management tools. Airtable and/or Jira proficiency is a plus!
- Familiarity with video editing software and basic editing skills. (Adobe Creative Suite)
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Willing to travel for most productions.
