This is a commission-only role (40% commission, no basic salary) , ideal for self-driven individuals who thrive in a results-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities
• Actively generate and follow up on sales leads to convert prospects into clients
• Conduct property viewings and present listings to potential buyers
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales process
• Provide accurate market feedback and insights to the management team
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of property listings and market trends in Dubai
Skills
• Previous experience in sales, real estate, or field agent roles is preferred
• Self-motivated and comfortable with a commission-only compensation structure
• Fluency in English; Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Valid UAE driving license is preferred but not mandatory
• Age between 20–35 years
