Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Indoor Sales Executive to handle walk-in customers, generate sales, and provide product guidance for ceramic tiles. The role involves understanding customer needs, explaining product features, and closing sales while maintaining excellent showroom experience.



Key Responsibilities:


    • Greet and assist walk-in customers in the showroom
    • Understand customer requirements (design, size, budget, application)
    • Explain features, quality, pricing, and benefits of ceramic tiles
    • Show samples, catalogs, and help customers choose suitable products
    • Prepare quotations, invoices, and follow up on orders
    • Coordinate with warehouse/logistics for order dispatch
    • Maintain showroom display and product knowledge
    • Achieve monthly sales targets
    • Handle customer queries and after-sales support



Requirements:


    • Education: Minimum Diploma / Graduate
    • 1–3 years in indoor sales (tiles, sanitaryware, building materials preferred)
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills
    • Basic computer knowledge (billing software, MS Excel)
    • Customer-oriented attitude and sales mindset
    • Ability to work in a showroom environment
