Job Details

Role Purpose

Own complex packaging and brand identity projects. Improve the visual strength of the portfolio. Deliver accurate and clean artwork across multiple languages and formats. Shape brand toolkits and ensure design consistency. Support junior designers and maintain high quality across all packaging work.

Key Responsibilities

Packaging Leadership

  • Lead full packaging redesigns across categories.
  • Build routes, concepts, and final artwork.
  • Improve visual hierarchy, clarity, and shelf impact.
  • Handle complex multilingual layouts with accuracy.
  • Manage pre-press work and technical checks

Brand Identity Development

  • Build icons, color systems, and asset libraries.
  • Create and update brand toolkits.
  • Support new brand creation and naming alignment with design systems.
  • Ensure visual consistency across all brand touchpoints.

Artwork Accuracy & Compliance

  • Align with regulatory teams on content, tables, and claims.
  • Apply required languages.
  • Ensure all packaging follows internal rules and external requirements.
  • Review and correct artwork files before supplier handover.

Mentorship & Quality Control

  • Guide junior designers on layout, accuracy, and brand rules.
  • Review packaging created by other team members.
  • Improve team workflows through better templates and structures.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Align with marketing teams on packaging needs.
  • Work with R&D and procurement on product specifications.
  • Support suppliers with accurate dielines and print-ready files.
  • Help maintain an organized pipeline of all packaging work.



Skills

Qualifications

Degree in Graphic or Packaging Design.

Strong FMCG packaging portfolio experience

Experience with multilingual layouts.

Illustrator and Photoshop skills.

Understanding of printing processes.
