About the role
You’ll design consistent, user-centered experiences across a multi-product environment, translating business requirements into user journeys, interaction flows, and a governed design system that aligns with accessibility standards and technical constraints.
What you’ll do
- Run user research: stakeholder interviews/workshops, personas/use cases, journeys/IA, identify usability risks
- Produce wireframes + high-fidelity prototypes; responsive web/mobile layouts; micro-interactions and behavioral states
- Own design system governance: reusable components/patterns, documentation, standards, design-to-code alignment with frontend
- Ensure WCAG compliance: contrast/typography/keyboard navigation; usability testing and iteration
- Collaborate with product/engineering/QA; support implementation reviews; sprint planning and backlog clarification
- Design within technical constraints and performance considerations (responsive breakpoints, avoid heavy UI patterns
