Specialist - Data Science | Emirati Talent 
ROLE SUMMARY
The Specialist - Data Science supports the design and delivery of high‑impact data and AI initiatives. The role translates business objectives into prioritized use cases, supports analytics and AI model development, and works closely with business, data engineering, and data science teams. The associate contributes to data governance, quality, and architecture alignment while helping scale data‑driven decision‑making across the organization.
ROLE PROFILE

• Translate business objectives into prioritized data and AI use cases
• Assess and structure use cases including problem definition, KPIs, and value potential
• Support business case development covering ROI, effort, and risk considerations
• Work closely with business, data engineering, and data science teams to deliver solutions
• Contribute to data governance, quality frameworks, and architecture alignment
• Support AI and analytics model lifecycle from requirements to deployment and monitoring
• Assist with validation, performance measurement, and documentation of AI models
• Contribute to innovation, tools evaluation, and best practice playbooks for data and AI delivery

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, Economics, or Business Analytics from a reputable university
• Minimum 2 years of experience in data analytics, AI, data strategy, or related roles
• Strong analytical skills with hands‑on exposure to Python or R, Power BI, and AI or LLM tools
• Ability to translate business problems into structured data and AI requirements and use cases
• Experience working with cross‑functional teams including business, data engineering, and data science
• Emirati national with strong communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
