QC Engineer

Job Requirements

•          Bachelor’s degree or above in Civil Engineering or related disciplines.

•          Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Control, including at least 3 years in interior decoration. Experience in luxury villa or high-end residential projects is highly preferred.

•          Strong command of English, with the ability to communicate fluently and prepare professional reports and correspondence.

•          Solid understanding of construction quality standards, inspection procedures, and approval workflows.

Key Responsibilities

•          Oversee and execute daily on-site quality control activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and regulations.

•          Conduct inspections, prepare quality documentation, and manage submission of inspection requests.

•          Coordinate closely with the supervision/consultant team on all quality-related matters, ensuring timely communication and issue resolution.

•          Support continuous improvement of on-site quality management processes and contribute to maintaining high construction standards.
