MAIN OBJECTIVE OF ROLETo ensure optimal workforce resourcing, rigorous cost control with effective performance monitoring across the MRO facility, supporting operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and the delivery of high-quality maintenance services to meet customer, safety, and business requirements.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Develops and manages manpower plans for both short-range and long-range term needs to support scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities using the latest digital tools and embracing emerging technologies.
- Coordinates with Production Planning, Training and HR to ensure adequate staffing levels, shift patterns, and competency coverage including identify resource gaps and recommend recruitment, training, or outsourcing solutions.
- Monitors and manages the facilities cost performance down to each maintenance checks budget, ensuring adherence to cost targets for manpower, materials, tooling, and contracted services.
- Analyzes Aircraft Maintenance Centre (AMC) cost trends and variances to provide actionable recommendations to improve cost efficiency and forecasting models.
- Tracks facility performance metrics including turnaround times (TAT), productivity, manpower utilization and unit cost in both the main hangar and workshops.
- Develops dashboards and reporting tools to monitor AMC resource deployment, maintenance performance, and cost indicators in real time.
- Conducts root cause analyses on AMC performance deviations and coordinates corrective action plans with cross-functional teams to strengthen maintenance reliability and operational outcomes.
- Drives continuous improvement initiatives within aligned with lean principles and industry best practices.
- Ensure all resource and performance management activities comply with aviation regulatory standards (GCAA and EASA), working time directives for duty hours, leave and standdown including supporting policy, process and procedure.
- Collaborate with Quality, Safety, and Compliance teams to ensure operational integrity and adherence to safety management system (SMS) requirements including support internal and external audits by providing accurate data and documentation.
- Applies an in-depth level of knowledge on base maintenance workflows, tasks, task time and accomplishment requirements to develop optimisation models and strategies including pre-planning and recovery recommendations.
QUALIFICATIONS- Bachelor's Degree (3+ years)
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or formal technical qualifications in aircraft maintenance, with additional qualifications in finance, business, or a related discipline.
- Fluent in English (other languages an advantage)
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret operational and financial data. experience in business intelligence and reporting tools such as Power Bi, tableau set up, development and integration Experience in aircraft operations and/or maintenance financial support/business partner role and prior experience in aircraft maintenance
- Proficiency in AMOS is essential
- Years with qualifications: 7 - 9 years
- Desirable to have Aircraft maintenance license or equivalent

ISR REQUIREMENTSReads and complies with the ISR policies of the Company and diligently reports any weakness or incidents to the respective Line Manager or the Information Security team. Completes all required ISR awareness sessions and follows associated guidelines in the day-to-day business operations.
