Requirements:
* 3–4 years of proven experience in real estate sales or brokerage
* Strong track record in lead generation and deal closure
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
* Deep understanding of client needs and market dynamics
* Self-driven, ambitious, and results-oriented
* Fluent in English (additional languages are a strong advantage)
