Job Details

We’re looking for a killer Web3 Sales Executive to own, close, and expand high-value token sale deals from first conversation through to launch.

This is a commission-driven role for confident closers who want full ownership of their pipeline, autonomy in how they sell, and uncapped upside in a fast-moving Web3 environment.

Beyond closing, you’ll manage client relationships post-sale, helping founders maximise their raise and expand their engagement with Web3Payments, which directly increases your own commission.


Web3Payments is a leading Web3 infrastructure and advisory provider, having facilitated over $750M in funds raised for clients across token sales, presales, and staking ecosystems.

We specialise in end-to-end token sale concierge services - not just software. Our clients work with a full delivery team that takes them from zero to live token launch and fundraising in as little as two weeks, with everything handled under one roof so they can focus on marketing.

Our clients range from:

  • Wealthy individuals launching high-profile memecoins
  • Web3-native companies (wallets, exchanges) expanding their ecosystem
  • Web2 businesses (casinos, platforms) monetising existing audiences via loyalty or utility tokens


Skills

  • Prospect and source new clients (Telegram, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, Events, Referrals from Partners)
  • Attend and represent Web3Payments at conferences and industry events
  • Run discovery calls and advise clients on the best token launch approach
  • Close deals and manage negotiations
  • Act as the primary account manager post-sale
  • Upsell optional services and help clients maximise their raise
  • Work closely with delivery, advisory, and leadership teams
