  • Ensure that the department meets all requirements of leadership and institutional excellence in accordance with approved standards and specifications.
  • Periodically updated management processes within the Operations Management System.
  • Collect and consolidate all improvement and development inputs from audit and evaluation results, performance indicators, happiness studies, mystery shopper reports, suggestions, complaints, reports, and others.
  • Follow up on their closure and take corrective and enhancement actions to address them and prepare the related reports and presentations.
  • Qualification: Bachelor’s degree
  • Major: Public Administration, Business Administration, Quality Management
  • Experience: 3 years or more
