Job Details

1. Set up computer equipment, schedule maintenance and “train” users of the systems to make appropriate and safe usage of the IT infrastructure.


2. End-user’s hardware and software installation, configuration, troubleshooting and repair for AV system, Computers, Printers, Telecommunication and Network Equipment.


3. IT asset inventory and status reports, including decommission activities.


4. Setup and operate AV/System equipment used for events, such as microphones, projectors, sound equipment for events, presentations, meetings, conventions and media coverage.


5. Setup, operate and maintain Printers/MFP’s, manage Ysoft Safe-Q print solution system and badge printing for events and staff.


6. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues in-person (on site), remotely and via phone


7. Assist personnel with installation, configuration and ongoing usability of system hardware and software


8. Offer daily operations and systems support to personnel


9. Assist employees with computer problems and answer their quires


10. Maintain records/logs of repairs and fixes and maintenance schedule follow-up with the vendors for repairs/new order including printer cartridges etc.


11. Organize and schedule upgrades and maintenance without deterring others from completing their work, Conduct survey to make hardware software is up to date.


Qualifications:


Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology from an accredited university, preferably with Certification in:


·CompTIA A+


·Microsoft Certified IT Professional)


Experience:


2+ years’ experience in computer networks and systems maintenance.
