At KAAYA, we operate on an advisory-driven real estate model, where our consultants work closely with Marketing Analysts and Wealth Advisors to guide clients toward the right property investment decisions.
This role focuses on providing strategic property investment advice rather than traditional sales.
Key Requirements:
2–4 years of experience in real estate sales / property brokerage / advisory sales in the UAE
Exposure to off-plan and secondary market property sales
RERA certification required
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Target-driven and client-focused mindset
Ability to build and maintain client relationships
UAE driving license preferred
