Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to enterprise users, resolving hardware, software, OS, and network issues within defined SLAs.
- Manage Active Directory, including user accounts, access control, and policy enforcement.
- Administer Microsoft 365 services (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Intune, Azure AD).
- Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and cloud environments, ensuring high availability.
- Support deployment and management of Office 365 and cloud-based solutions.
- Perform system monitoring, patching, and incident resolution.
- Configure and support printers, scanners, and end-user devices.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors for issue escalation and resolution.
- Maintain documentation, asset inventory, and support logs.
- Participate in on-call support for critical systems.
Network Support Exposure:
- Install and maintain routers, switches, and network devices.
- Troubleshoot LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VLAN issues.
- Monitor network performance and assist in implementing security measures.
- Support system upgrades, backups, and disaster recovery processes.
Working hours: Monday-Friday and as required
Salary expectations: AED3000 inclusive all
Visa: will be provided immediately after completing a week understanding
