Job Details

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to enterprise users, resolving hardware, software, OS, and network issues within defined SLAs.
  • Manage Active Directory, including user accounts, access control, and policy enforcement.
  • Administer Microsoft 365 services (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Intune, Azure AD).
  • Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and cloud environments, ensuring high availability.
  • Support deployment and management of Office 365 and cloud-based solutions.
  • Perform system monitoring, patching, and incident resolution.
  • Configure and support printers, scanners, and end-user devices.
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors for issue escalation and resolution.
  • Maintain documentation, asset inventory, and support logs.
  • Participate in on-call support for critical systems.

Network Support Exposure:

  • Install and maintain routers, switches, and network devices.
  • Troubleshoot LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VLAN issues.
  • Monitor network performance and assist in implementing security measures.
  • Support system upgrades, backups, and disaster recovery processes.


Working hours: Monday-Friday and as required

Salary expectations: AED3000 inclusive all

Visa: will be provided immediately after completing a week understanding
