Job Details

  • Managing and implementing institutional knowledge management and innovation processes by coordinating the dissemination of knowledge assets, analyzing research and tacit data, and promoting collaboration with external entities and organizational units. 
  • Supporting the application of benchmarking practices, managing relevant technological systems, and developing incentive programs for innovation aimed at improving organizational performance and ensuring the sustainable achievement of strategic objectives.
  • Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree
  • Major: Surveying Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Architectural Engineering
  • Experience: 3 years of experience
