Job Details

  • Conduct topographic surveys using drone technologies to assess terrain features, analyze aerial imagery and network leveling data, prepare topographic and contour maps, perform cut and fill calculations, and develop databases for storing aerial images, detailed plans, survey data, and boundary marking certificates.
  • Provide building stakeout and boundary marking services in line with international best practices, utilizing the latest surveying systems and equipment through e-government and smart services, and the building permit system, within approved performance indicators.
  • Deliver required survey data and coordinates for private, granted, and leased properties to clients and relevant entities through e-government platforms, using systems such as DVRS, PSS, SCC, ArcGIS, AutoCAD, and MicroStation with high efficiency and within approved timelines.
  • Review field data and verify survey plans and maps, ensuring alignment with planning boundaries and maps, and propose improvements to surveying systems and engineering applications.
  • Prepare engineering planning proposals for residential land plots accurately and efficiently in accordance with the direct supervisor’s guidance.
  • Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree
  • Major: Surveying Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Architectural Engineering
  • Experience: No prior experience required
