Role: HVAC Technician

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including split AC units, FCU, AHU, and packaged air conditioning systems.

• Perform routine preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of HVAC equipment to ensure optimal performance.

• Diagnose faults in HVAC systems and carry out necessary repairs or component replacements.

• Monitor system performance and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.

• Maintain proper documentation of maintenance activities and report any major issues to the supervisor.

Skills

Requirements:

• Diploma or technical certification in HVAC, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in HVAC installation, repair, and maintenance.

• Experience working with Split AC, FCU, AHU, packaged units, and preferably VRF/VRV systems (Daikin, LG, Samsung, Midea, etc.).

• Good troubleshooting skills with knowledge of HVAC tools and safety practices.

• Ability to work independently and respond to maintenance requests efficiently.
