Role: Receptionist - UAE National

• Employment Type: Permanent

• Location: Dubai, UAE

• Start Date: Immediate to 30 Days

Key Responsibilities: 

• Meet and greet visitors professionally, ensuring a positive first impression and directing them to their scheduled meetings.

• Handle incoming telephone calls, respond to basic inquiries, take messages, and route calls to the appropriate employees.

• Maintain security protocols, including verifying visitor IDs, issuing visitor passes, and ensuring compliance with office access procedures.

• Perform general office administration tasks such as emailing, faxing, filing, and other duties as needed.

• Support business travel arrangements for Marketing, Facilities, Administration, Legal, and IT departments in alignment with company travel and expense policies, including ensuring compliance of travel orders with travel desk requirements.

Skills

Requirements:

• Previous experience in front office operations or administrative support roles.

• Strong communication and customer service skills with a professional demeanor.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy, organization, and confidentiality.
