A leading Financial Institution company is actively recruiting a Head of Revenue Operations for their Dubai office.
The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a sales team of 15+ members, including a dedicated B2B channel/partner sales team.
- Develop and execute revenue strategies across company formation and residency/visa service offerings.
- Drive growth across both B2C (direct clients) and B2B (partners, agents, and corporate channels).
- Build and strengthen partnerships with agents, consultants, and referral networks to expand market reach.
- Identify new revenue streams, markets, and customer segments, particularly for European residency solutions (Portugal & Spain).
- Establish sales targets, monitor performance, and ensure consistent achievement of revenue goals.
- Optimize sales processes, pipelines, and conversion rates across all channels.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align go-to-market strategies and customer experience.
Skills
To be successful, you will need to meet the following:
- 5+ years of experience in sales or revenue leadership (2–3 years considered for high-potential candidates).
- Proven experience in corporate services, company formation, immigration, or residency/visa solutions is highly preferred.
- Strong track record in managing both B2B partnerships and B2C sales.
- Experience leading and scaling sales teams.
- Strong understanding of the UAE market (mandatory).
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on growth and execution.
