ROLE SUMMARY
The Associate Manager – Account Management is part of a dynamic, results-driven commercial organization and plays a key role in scaling Carrefour’s Quick Commerce (Shop-in-Shop) initiative. The role holder will focus on recruiting, onboarding, and managing non-grocery partners such as pharmacies, beauty retailers, flower shops, electronics and specialty retail, ensuring strong operational execution, competitive pricing, and a high-quality customer experience.
ROLE PROFILE

• Source, pitch, negotiate, and onboard Quick Commerce partners across targeted verticals (pharmacy, beauty, flowers, electronics, specialty retail).
• Own the full partner lifecycle from lead generation (cold calls, visits, emails) to go-live and post-launch performance management.
• Act as the single point of contact for partners for all commercial, operational, and growth-related topics.
• Prioritize partner acquisition based on customer experience standards, operational readiness, pricing competitiveness, and service quality.
• Monitor KPIs including orders, conversion, cancellations, SLA adherence, pricing, availability, and customer experience.
• Own and coordinate the end-to-end onboarding process, ensuring partners are operationally ready before go-live.
• Work closely with Ops, Tech, Logistics, Legal, and Onsite teams to ensure smooth integration and execution.
• Support the evolution of the Quick Commerce model by contributing learnings from partners and the market.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising or Sales
• 2 -3 years of experience in a similar position in Quick Commerce environment
• Strong analytical and technical skills
• Project management skills
