- Conduct benchmarking studies on recruitment activities, integrate best practices to enhanceefficiency and alignment with strategic goals, and translate findings into analytical reports andimprovement recommendations.
Operations
- Prepare, review and update promotion and recruitment data, ensuring accuracy to supportrecruitment and workforce planning decisions.
- Support the organisation in creating effective recruitment strategies in terms of candidateattraction, recruitment and selection.
- Analyze turnover rates across job categories, document findings, and provide correctiveactions to reduce attrition and strengthen retention.
- Implement internal and external recruitment plans according to policies and procedures.
- Support sectional teams in creating awareness among employees about the policies andregulations of human resources work and ensuring compliance and proper application of theHR policies and procedures.
Product / Process Improvement
- Support the development of dashboards and reporting tools that measure KPIs andoperational metrics in line with Authority policies.
- Train section employees on new analytical systems and methods, supporting adoption ofadvanced tools and continuous knowledge transfer.
- Bachelor's/ Master’s degree in HR
- 3+ Years pf experience in case of Master’s degree (5+ years in case of Bachelor’s degree) in relevant area
- Proficiency in core data analysis and reporting
- Skilled in employee performance management and evaluation
- Strong understanding of HR laws, regulations, and organizational policies
- Ability to conduct market research and benchmarking for HR practices
- Competence in policy analysis, formulation, and implementation
- Experience in succession planning and career path development
- Expertise in talent acquisition planning and execution processes
- Ability to design professional presentations and executive reports
- Knowledge of employment contract and offer management procedures
- Skilled in exit interview analysis and developing retention measures
- Experience in onboarding program design and employee experience management
- Strong talent strategy formulation and workforce planning capabilities
- Ability to assess and develop talent pools for organizational growth
