• Study and review designs, plans, drawings, and materials related to mechanical works for assigned complex projects to ensure compliance with required standards and technical specifications.
• Develop proposals and detailed work programs for mechanical works in assigned complex projects, including timelines for each task, in coordination with consultants and contractors, and submit them to the direct supervisor for review and approval. Approve the technical staff of consultants and contractors in this field.
• Conduct regular site visits to assigned project locations to inspect the progress of mechanical works.
• Verify the quality of materials and completed works, ensure compliance with designs, plans, and drawings, and confirm that contractors adhere to approved schedules. Immediately report to the direct supervisor any major violations or breaches by contractors or consultants, including breaches of contract terms, technical specifications, and standards, so that appropriate actions can be taken according to authority and regulations.
• Comply with information security policies and protect data according to the municipality’s approved data classification system, report any security violations or breaches through designated channels, participate in information security training programs, and perform any other duties related to the nature of the work as assigned.
