We are recruiting outstanding Primary and Secondary Teachers to join our GEMS Education schools in Dubai and Abu Dhabi from August 2026.
The GEMS Founders Cluster of Schools and Wesgreen International School will be holding in-person interviews in Mumbai in April 2026, offering candidates a fantastic opportunity to explore teaching careers within our growing network of schools in the UAE.
This is an excellent opportunity for an Early Career Teacher seeking valuable international experience, or for an experienced educator looking to take the next step in their career with a world-leading education provider across two of the region’s most dynamic cities.
GEMS Education schools are accredited as British Schools Overseas (BSO), achieving Outstanding judgements across all standards. This accreditation enables us to offer high-quality professional pathways, including QTS, iPGCE, and ECT/NQT programmes through the TES Institute.
At GEMS, teaching is not just a job—it is a long-term career. Teachers benefit from access to world-class professional development and are supported to grow within our global network. Early career teachers are guided through structured induction programmes, while experienced educators can explore leadership pathways and international progression opportunities. With many of our leaders promoted from within, GEMS offers a truly progressive environment for professional growth.
Both Dubai and Abu Dhabi provide exceptional lifestyles, combining modern, cosmopolitan living with rich cultural experiences. With year-round sunshine, excellent travel links, and a wide range of leisure and lifestyle opportunities, the UAE offers an inspiring setting for both personal and professional fulfilment.
