Sales & Business Development Manager – Service Now Dubai
We’re working with an established consultancy in the Middle East that is building out Service Now practice throughout the Middle East. They are looking to bring in a high-impact Sales & Business Development Manager.
This is a quota-carrying, revenue-generating role with a clear focus on selling Service Now professional services across consulting, implementation, and managed services.
What You’ll Be Doing Owning the full sales cycle – from pipeline creation through to deal closure Selling across Service Now workflows (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, Sec Ops, GRC) Converting opportunities into signed SOWs and long-term engagements Building and expanding enterprise-level client relationships Driving account growth through additional workflows and services Working closely with solution architects & delivery teams to shape deals
What We’re Looking For7+ years B2B sales experience, including Service Now or similar enterprise platforms Proven track record closing consulting / implementation / AMS deals Strong commercial mindset – pricing, margins, negotiation Experience selling into enterprise environments & complex buying cycles A true hunter mentality – comfortable building pipeline from scratch
