  1. Responsibilities:Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of housekeeping staff, ensuring that all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards, using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment.
  2. Conduct regular inspections of all areas to ensure compliance with cleanliness and safety standards, addressing any issues promptly to maintain a pristine environment.
  3. Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures that optimize staff productivity and ensure thorough coverage of all areas within the facility.
  4. Train new housekeeping staff on cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and company policies, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  5. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring that all necessary items are stocked and in good condition while minimizing waste and costs.
  6. Collaborate with other departments to coordinate cleaning schedules during events or special projects, ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations.
  7. Address and resolve any guest or employee complaints related to housekeeping services, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and prompt follow-up.
  8. Maintain accurate records of housekeeping activities, including staff attendance, cleaning schedules, and inventory usage, to support effective management reporting.
  9. Promote a safe working environment by enforcing safety procedures and protocols, regularly reviewing and updating them as necessary to comply with regulations.
