Job description

As a well-established broker with over 15 years of industry experience, we provide traders and partners with a secure and reliable environment built on strong governance, reliable execution, and long-term trust.

In this role, you will focus on outbound prospecting across multiple channels, identifying and engaging potential affiliate partners and generating high-quality meetings for our Head of Sales. You will interact with senior decision makers, introduce our offering, and help build the foundation for long term commercial relationships.

This is a structured entry-level role (12–18 months) designed to develop you into a Business Development Manager, equipping you with the skills to manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach through to closing.

 

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience, ideally with a focus on outbound or partnership/lead generation

• Ideally at least 1 years of experience in finance, Forex, or CFDs with an understanding of the industry

• A proactive, driven mindset with a strong interest in winning new business

• Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken (additional languages are a plus)

• Comfortable using LinkedIn, email tools, CRM systems
