Job description
1.Supervise safety management at chemical construction industrial sites, ensuring compliance with UAE laws, regulations, and company safety policies.
2.Participate in risk assessments and safety planning, identifying hazards and proposing corrective actions.
3.Conduct safety training for staff, including working at heights, electrical safety, and hazardous chemicals handling.
4.Record, investigate, and report accidents and safety incidents, recommending preventive measures.
5.Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with ADOSH standards and company safety procedures.
6.Report safety status to Project Manager/HSE Manager and coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
7.The collection, storage and circulation of all of the documents related to the constructions,including instructions,usage, specifications of materials,equipment,facilities,etc.
8.Keep harmony cooperation with client,construction unit, contractor, sub-contractor, supervision.
