Key Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to potential clients who have inquired about migration services
• Explain available visa pathways (Canada, Australia, Europe, etc.) clearly and professionally
• Conduct basic eligibility assessments using company guidelines
• Schedule appointments for senior consultants
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM
• Achieve monthly targets for qualified leads and conversions
• Provide excellent customer service and handle client questions confidently
• Follow company scripts, compliance rules, and ethical sales practices
Working Hours
Monday–SAturday, 10 AM–7 PM
