Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in the UAE
  • Experience in high-rise residential projects
  • Knowledge of project management fundamentals
  • Knowledge of document management
  • Experience with subcontractors and suppliers
  • Software knowledge
  • Ability to read construction documentation
  • Knowledge of UAE legislation, FIDIC, and DBC
  • PMP certificate preferred
  • Driving license and car
