Job description

  • Receive and document customer applications, along with all required documents, records, and information, ensuring completeness in accordance with approved procedures.


  • Review and verify all documents, records, and information related to customer transactions, ensuring accuracy and validity prior to processing.


  • Issue No Objection Certificates (NOCs), health certificates, licenses, and other municipal service-related documents, and address customer requests within the scope of municipal services.


  • Communicate and coordinate with relevant organizational units responsible for service delivery to expedite pending transactions and ensure timely completion within established service timelines.


  • Receive customer feedback and complaints, and coordinate with relevant departments to resolve them promptly, ensuring service quality and customer satisfaction.


  • Qualification :Bachelor’s Degree
  • Major :administration sciences 
  • Experience : not required
