Job description
Supervise all marble and stone installation works on site.
Plan daily work activities and assign tasks to workers.
Ensure proper cutting, fixing, polishing, and finishing of marble.
Check drawings and ensure work is done as per specifications.
Monitor material usage and reduce wastage.
Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and other trades.
Ensure work is completed on time and within budget.
Maintain quality standards and inspect finished work.
Enforce safety rules and site regulations.
Report daily progress to management.
