A Construction Company Supervisor oversees daily operations at construction sites, manages teams of workers, ensures safety protocols are followed, coordinates schedules and resources, and ensures projects are completed on time and within budget. They serve as a key point of contact between project managers, clients, and the construction crew to ensure quality and efficiency.
