Job Summary:
We are looking for an HR Executive / HR Generalist to manage day-to-day HR operations and support workforce administration across the organization. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in payroll, attendance, employee records, leave management, onboarding, offboarding, and general HR coordination, especially for blue-collar employees. The candidate must be well-versed in UAE HR operations and should be comfortable handling a large employee base in a fast-paced environment.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day HR operational activities for employees across the business.
• Handle payroll inputs, salary-related coordination, and ensure timely and accurate processing.
• Maintain and monitor employee attendance, timesheets, overtime, and leave records. • Coordinate joining formalities, onboarding documentation, and employee induction processes.
• Manage employee documentation including contracts, visa copies, Emirates ID, labor f iles, and HR records.
• Support offboarding procedures including resignation documentation, final settlement coordination, and exit formalities.
• Ensure proper maintenance and updating of employee master data in HR systems and trackers. • Address employee queries related to attendance, leave, payroll, policies, and HR operations.
• Coordinate with internal departments for staff accommodation, transportation, duty allocation, and workforce-related operational support (if applicable).
• Assist in implementing and maintaining HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements as per UAE labor practices. • Handle staff grievances and disciplinary documentation in coordination with management.
• Prepare and maintain regular HR reports and MIS related to attendance, manpower, leave, and payroll.
• Support recruitment coordination when required, including document collection and joining follow-up.
• Work closely with site teams / operations teams to ensure smooth HR support for blue-collar workforce management. Requirements:
Skills
• 1–2 years of HR Operations / HR Generalist experience in UAE is mandatory.
• Prior experience handling blue-collar employees / workforce is highly preferred.
• Good understanding of payroll, attendance management, leave administration, and employee documentation.
• Familiarity with UAE labor practices and HR operational processes.
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel and HR trackers/reports.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment and manage multiple HR tasks efficiently.
