??? & ?? ??? - a 20 year Dubai institution in architectural surfaces is hiring a Fabric Sales Manager to lead our upholstery, drapery, and decorative fabric business across the UAE.

We are looking for someone who doesn't for specifications to land they go and earn them. Someone who knows which design studio is working in which hotel, which procurement team us about to tender, and how to place NGC's collections in front of decision makers before the competition even know the project exists.

▪️ Build and leverage a powerful network across interior designers, hospitality procurement, furniture, manufacturers, and specifiers.

▪️ Get NGC's fabric collections specified into hotels, restaurants, offices, and premium residential projects

▪️ Present collections with confidence, manage sampling, and close orders

▪️ Identify emerging trends and bring them back into our product conversations

▪️ Convert design relationships into long term revenue

▪️ Show up, stand out, and create value at every showroom visit, sample presentation, and industry event

▪️ Drive sales of NGC's upholstery, drapery, and decorative fabric collections across the UAE

▪️ Manage the full sales cycle from presentation to sampling to closing

▪️ Work closely with showroom, back office, and operations teams

▪️ Maintain pipeline and forecasting through Salesforce

▪️ Report directly to the General Manager

▪️ 5+ years's experience in fabric, textile, or soft furnishings sales ideally in the UAE or wider GCC

▪️ Strong network among interior designers, hospitality procurement, and furniture manufacturers

▪️ Deep knowledge of fabric types and applications upholstery, drapery, FR-rated contract fabrics

▪️ Experience selling premium or contract grade brands (Kvadrat, Romo, Designers Guild, Zimmer Rohde, Camira, Sunbrella or equivalent)

▪️ Commercially sharp, highly connected, and proactive

▪️ Excellent presentation and consultative selling skills

▪️ UAE driving license
