Job description

•          Create, upload, and manage property listings across major portals such as Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, and company platforms

•          Ensure all listings are accurate, well-presented, and compliant with RERA and portal guidelines

•          Receive, screen, and qualify inbound leads via calls, emails, and CRM systems

•          Distribute qualified leads to brokers based on specialization, availability, and performance

•          Maintain and update CRM databases with accurate client and property information

•          Monitor listing performance and optimize listings for better visibility and conversion

•          Coordinate with brokers for property details, availability, and updates

•          Prepare regular reports on lead flow, conversion rates, and listing performance

•          Timely quality check, using company-provided formats, on how leads were handled by respective agents.

•          Assist in documentation, including Form A, B, F, and other compliance paperwork

•          Liaise with marketing teams for listing promotions and campaigns

•          Ensure adherence to company processes and Dubai real estate regulations

 

Skills

•          Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a real estate brokerage company in Dubai (mandatory)

•          Strong knowledge of Dubai real estate portals (Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle)

•          Excellent command of CRM systems commonly used in real estate (e.g., Bitrix24, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, Odoo or similar)

•          Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus

•          Solid understanding of RERA regulations and listing compliance standards

•          Highly organized with strong attention to detail

•          Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

•          Strong communication and coordination skills

•          Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
