Required Skills & Experience:
Proven experience as a Data Analyst handling HR and recruitment data
Strong hands-on experience with Power BI (dashboard creation, visualizations, DAX)
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)
Experience preparing reports and dashboards for senior management
Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and presentation skills
