Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Ensure the timely renewal of all company registration certificates and trade licenses, following up on official approvals and permits to prevent violations or fines.
• Manage the end-to-end processing of new employment and business visas via MOHRE and GDRFA portals, ensuring all applications are handled accurately and within required timelines.
• Handl the timely renewal and accurate record-keeping of all work permits, residency visas, and employment contracts in full compliance with government regulations and company requirements.
• Handle the submissions and monthly updates with the General Pension and Social Security Authority (GPSSA).
• Coordinate with various Embassies in the UAE to acquire visas for staff members traveling for international business as required.
• Monitor and provide regular updates on all government regulations, labor laws, and immigration standards to ensure Management is well-informed of any changes in procedures or rules.
• Arrange and facilitate the legal attestation of employee qualifications and company documents through MOFA and other relevant authorities.
• Handle the registration and membership renewals for technical staff with the UAE Society of Engineers and Dubai Municipality.
• Coordinate the Dubai Municipality (DM) Engineering Classification for staff to ensure the firm’s practicing certificates remain active.
• Liaise with all government entities for the registration and renewal of company and staff memberships, including Dubai Municipality, DEWA, EWE, and other relevant UAE authorities.
• Prepare and renew required security passes for entry into critical sites or restricted zones (such as Dubai Airports or Port areas) as needed.
• Prepare and process legal documents with authorities such as the Ministry of Economy, DED, Customs, Chamber of Commerce, and any other entities required for company registration.
• Professionally represent the company at various government departments, including Airports, Embassies, Police Stations, and Ministries.
• Follow safe work practices and adhere to company guidelines and policies for planning and executing work in a safe manner.
• Other duties as requested from time to time by the Line Manager.

Qualifications
• Must have a Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum of 7+ years of experience as a PRO within an international consultancy or construction firm in Dubai
• Must be a native Arabic speaker with professional proficiency in English (written and spoken)
• Expertise in UAE Labour Law and administrative regulations governing Construction and Engineering companies in Dubai.
• In-depth knowledge of Dubai-specific portals (Tasheel, GDRFA, GPSSA, Dubai Municipality, and other relevant authorities).
• Direct experience in handling Dubai Municipality (DM) engineer registrations and classifications.
• The ability to manage a heavy workload, with close attention to detail.
• A flexible approach to working hours with occasional weekend work if required.
• Strong computer literacy.
• Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle.
