At Stella Stays, you will:


We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join Stella Stays as Operations Specialist. The ideal candidate will possess excellent management and coordination skills, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, exceptional guest experiences, and effective communication between various stakeholders.


Responsibilities:


  • Conduct check-in/out inspections to ensure property readiness and guest satisfaction.


  • Prepare and adhere to daily, weekly, and monthly reports on property operations and guest feedback.


  • Ensure compliance with property documentation requirements and quality assurance standards.


  • Respond promptly and professionally to on ground guest requests, ensuring their needs are met.


  • Handle add-on service requests and coordinate with relevant service providers.


  • Greet visitors, clients, and partners, providing a professional and welcoming atmosphere.


  • Assist with ad hoc administrative tasks as needed.


  • Communicate with tenants in person, over the phone or via email and manage comments,


  • suggestions and complaints. Update other team members accordingly when needed.


  • Check click up notifications and update tasks on a daily basis.


  • Do viewings with prospective approved tenants when needed.


  • Manage & organize building & unit keys.


  • Communicate and send initial violation notice to tenants when applicable after through verification.


  • Verify any communication coming from the tenant in the name of Management with the leasing team if authorized.



Requirements

The ideal candidate for this role should have:


  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).


  • Proven experience in Operations management, preferably in the hospitality industry.


  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with guests and stakeholders.


  • Proficient in using property management systems and other relevant software.
