Global Construction Solution (GCS AI+) is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Land Surveyor to join our team in Abu Dhabi.

At GCS AI+, we go beyond traditional surveying by integrating advanced technologies such as LiDAR, UAV drones, AI analytics, underground utility detection, and digital twin platforms. This role is ideal for a surveyor who wants to work on high-precision, technology-driven projects across infrastructure, utilities, and smart developments.

You will be responsible for executing and managing field surveys while contributing to our next-generation digital surveying and mapping solutions.

Skills

Conduct topographic, boundary, and construction surveys using Total Station, GPS (RTK), and digital levels

Perform high-accuracy site measurements and data collection for infrastructure and building projects

Execute UAV/drone surveys and photogrammetry workflows (where applicable)

Support laser scanning / LiDAR surveys and point cloud data capture

Carry out underground utility detection surveys (GPR, EML, etc.) when required

Process survey data and generate drawings, maps, and reports (AutoCAD, Civil 3D)

Ensure survey accuracy and compliance with project specifications and authority standards

Coordinate with engineers, BIM teams, and project managers

Maintain and calibrate survey equipment

Assist in developing digital survey workflows and AI-integrated processes
