Job description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Agent based in Abu Dhabi. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for managing property listings, conducting property showings, identifying client needs, developing relationships with clients, and providing real estate market insights. Other responsibilities include negotiating sale and rental agreements, preparing relevant documentation, and collaborating with the marketing team to attract clients and showcase properties effectively.

- Experience in sales, negotiation, and client relationship management
- In-depth knowledge of the real estate market, property management, and market trends
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively
- Proficiency in property listing platforms and real estate CRM tools
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with team members and stakeholders
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
- Relevant certifications or licenses in real estate are preferred
- Previous experience in the real estate industry is highly advantageous
