Job description
We are seeking an experienced Architectural Draughtsman to join our team in Dubai. The role involves preparing detailed architectural drawings, layouts, and authority submission documents in compliance with UAE regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Dubai Municipality (DM), DDA, Trakhees, and other local authority standards, with proven expertise in AutoCAD (Revit/BIM is a plus).

Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Architecture or related field
- 1+ years UAE experience as an Architectural Draughtsman
- Strong knowledge of authority approval processes (DM/DDA/Trakhees, etc.)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit/SketchUp preferred)
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to work independently
