Halian is expanding its European contract desk and is looking for experienced 360 Contract Recruiters to join our Dubai-based European team, focusing on the Luxembourg or Swiss markets while enjoying tax-free earnings and a premium lifestyle.
You’ll own a fully-fledged 360 desk, driving business development, managing contractor pipelines, and delivering high-impact tech hires across Belgium.
What you’ll do:Win new clients and grow existing accounts in Belgium Manage the full contract lifecycle (from intake to extensions) Build and maintain a strong network of tech contractors Deliver against revenue targets in a high-performance environment
What we’re looking for:Proven contract recruitment experience in the Belgian market Strong BD mindset and ability to run a 360 desk Tech recruitment experience (any vertical) Fluent in French & English (Dutch is a plus)
