You will be responsible for the overall management of the guest experience on a luxury yacht, based in Jebel Ali. This will include planning all entertainment and the guest experience for the owner, guests, and family while they are on the yacht, as well as ensuring that all necessary food, treats, and beverages are available.
This requires a deep understanding of the owner's preferences, values and requirements, as well as a very detailed approach to planning.
You will ideally have experience on luxury yachts and dealing with high-net-worth individuals. A background in 5-star hotels and in the airline industry as cabin crew would also be applicable.
You will be flexible to work odd schedules, such as working over weekends and having off-days during the week.
A very close attention to detail would be an absolute requirement.
You will be creative, friendly and outgoing, and you will be able to work under pressure, to be present, but not to be seen, and ensure that all the activities run as per the plan.
You will have excellent management skills to plan, coordinate and execute events, liaise with caterers, and third-party contractors.
