Role overview

We are seeking an experienced technical manager to lead our cybersecurity technical team and drive the successful delivery of our solutions and services. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in PAM, penetration testing, and VAPT, along with strong leadership and presales experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the technical team across cybersecurity projects.
• Oversee delivery of security services including PAM, pen testing, VAPT, and other security assessments.
• Support the sales team in presales activities, technical demos, PoCs, and solution design.
• Engage with customers to understand requirements and architect appropriate cybersecurity solutions.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service offerings.
• Prepare technical documentation, reports, and proposals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information security, or related field.
• 7–8+ years of experience in cybersecurity with proven technical leadership.
• Strong expertise in:
  • PAM (privileged access management)
  • Penetration testing & VAPT
  • Security operations and architecture
• Prior team leadership or managerial experience required.
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills.
• Relevant certifications preferred: CEH, OSCP, CISSP, CISM, etc.
